Strange Problem with Cache Mode

Hello,

we suffer a really strange problem on our exchange/Outlook Environment.

Users which are using two or more Mailaccounts are loosing the Cache Mode after a timerange

of 2-4 days, on the additional mailboxes.

This can be seen in the Outlook Connection Status, where the Linktype is not  cache any more,

as well as there's a globe symbol in the outlook status bar instead of "Connected with MS Exchange"

Next, a strange beheaviour follows: Search is not working anymore, eMail Adress search/lookup is not working anymore, but the most nasty thing is, that the "sending in the name of" feature ist not working on additional mailboxes.

The eMails are all rolled out on the default account, instead of the account which is selected.

If someone selects in the FROM field the different account, it is sent from the additional account, but won't move out of the "sending folder"

Only solution right now is to delete and reapply the whole profile. Strange thing is, that it is working then again for 2-4 days and then the cache file is missing again.

Autodiscover Connection Test runs fine.

What the hell is here wrong!?!? I really need and experts help.
