Virtual Directories HTTP 404 Error https//mail.domain.com/owa

Hello 

I am having problems accessing  my internal http://mail.domain.com/owa

I have confirmed the address in correct.  Get-oabvirtualDirectory   Internal URL https://mail.domain.com/owa   external URL https://mail.domain.com/owa 

I created a new zone in dns and A record  pointing to my server's ip address.   FQDN  mail.domain.com    IP 192.168.0.19 I can ping mail.domain.com. 

I can access owa by going to  https://[fd1d:aee23:6433:333::1]:6200/owa but not  https://192.168.0.19:62000/owa or http//127.0.0.1/owa

Only the ipv6 address seams to work.  Looks like its a DNS problem but I am not sure have to fix it
