Removal of failed Exchange 2010 before installing Exchange 2013 'failed to delete object using ldp.exe'

Hi,

I am hoping someone can assist with this issue, I am fairy new to ldp.exe. We had a failed exchange 2010 server (the only one in a single domain). We have built a new Win 2012 R2 and attempting to install a new Exchange 2013. The install fails step 1of15 (Organisation Preparation) with error

'initialise -ExchangeUniversalGroups' the remnants of 'The well-known object entry' B:32:Cxxxxxxxxxxxxxx: CN=Organization Management \0ADEL:31xxxxxxxxx,CN=Deleted Objects,DC=<domain>,DC=com on the otherWellKnownObjects attribute container object CN=Microsoft Exchange, CN=Services,CN=Configuration, DC=<domain>,DC=com points to an invalid DN or a deleted object. Remove the entry, and then rerun the task.

How do I go about deleting or removing this object, I have been unable to find the object using LDP.exe the nearest object, that contains  otherWellKnownObjects attribute is in CN=Services,CN=Configuration, DC=<domain>,DC=com, however the CN=Microsoft Exchange has a different \0ADEL:xxxx reference?

Any helps or a sterr in the right direction would be very much appreciated

Andy
