Exporting All Members of a Nested DL to Excel

Hi

Does anyone know a PS script or command to export the names of all items that are in a nested DL?

We have an "all staff" DL, which must have about 100 nested sublists.

I have been asked to provide a list of all people who are in the "all staff dl"
