I am running into an issue where we have an Exchange 2010 room list with about 125 members. It appears as though that may be too many members as Outlook 2010 can not display it and I receive an error of "Suggestions are not provided because there
are too many attendees" error. If I put in a few as a test there is no problem. Is there a suggested maximum number of members for a room list ? If I have to I will divide it up into smaller lists. Just want to know if there is an official maximum.
