Dear all,
I am trying to create an archive retentions policy. I have created the "retention tag policy" and "retention policy". I have added the users inside the retention policy and enable archive for the specified users. Now to all users are created the extra archive mailbox. But for some users it is working and for other it is empty there is nothing inside the archive even they have oldest email than 2 years that is the retention policy. I have tried everything and cannot find a solution why this may happens. There is about a week that I have enabled the policy.
