Recall read email for exchange 2013

Dear all,

    I would like to check with you, my customer use Exchange 2013 and Outlook 2010. They need to recallread email.

    Base on my tested, I can recall only unread email. If read email  when I recall it will show recall failure. Do you have another way to recallread email?
