send mail internal or external

Dears,

I have a domain users (x.local) and 5 accepted domains (a.com, b.com, c.com, d.com, e.net) all of users have mail boxes, I need to configure a permission for some of them to restrict sending and receiving e-mails to external domains, means they can send and rec. only from specific internal accepted domains

any idea ?
