Hello,
I am running Exchange 2013 CU3 and I'm getting an Event ID 9646 in the application event log. Full text below. It would appear it's saying the user is trying to open more than 500 folders but I have looked at her mailbox and while she has a lot of folders, it's not over 500. Any suggestions or ideas?

The description for Event ID 9646 from source MSExchangeIS cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
