Is it possible to configure LoadGen 2013 to simulate RPC/HTTP (Outlook Anywhere)?

I'm trying to use LoadGen 2013 (15.0.805.0) in an Exchange 2013 lab to simulate RPC over HTTP traffic.

At least in the default configurations, the LoadGen Outlook 2007 profiles do not generate RPCHTTP packets or connect to the CAS at all, but rather bind directly to the mailbox role Exchange Store EMSMDBMT interface and do most of their work there.

Is there any way to manually tweak LoadGen configuration files to force it to actually use RPC over HTTP to simulate an end-to-end Outlook connection? Or for that matter the new MAPI over HTTP protocol?  Failing that, is there any tool to accurately simulate such a load other than VBA scripting of Outlook on large numbers of clients?
