Event ID 1012, 1010, ContentIndexHealth is Healthy

Hello,

My Exchange 2013 RTM search stopped working. The "Host Controller" service was failing to start. I was able to restart it by reinstalling the nodes. (My node.ini files were corrupted)

Now both search services are running and my ContentIndexHealth is Healthy.

However, I'm still having a bunch of 1012 and 1010 error coming from the search and my users are unable to use the search on OWA.

I've tried both solutions in these thread without luck :

I have renamed the ContentIndex folder and they are not recreated when the services are restarted.
