Hi, We have built a dot net application to connect our email box using EWS. Everything works fine as long as i connect emailbox belong to our domain/company. If I try to connect our customer emailbox (outside our domain/company), we get connectivity issues. I understand that EWS needs to be enabled in customer exchange server and they are not clear how it needs to be done. Can anyone tell me what are the options to be enabled in exchange server in order to extend the access to connect the emailbox using EWS? Will it be same for all versions 2007, 2010, etc.? If not what are the different processes? How do we get the EWS URL?
