We are currently utilising Outlook 2010 and an Exchange 2013 server. One of our users noticed that her Sync Issues folder appeared and then a while later it was no longer visible.
My question is this; does this folder only appear when synch issues arise between Outlook and Exchange and if so, when the synch issues are resolved do the notifications contained within clear - meaning once the folder is empty Outlook will hide it?
