Exchange 2007 - need to strip hmtl code from incoming emails

I have a exchange 2007 server, and would like to strip out all HTML code from incoming emails, but only from one particular external domain (ie abc.com.au)

I don't want to change the format for all incoming email, but just for incoming emails from 1 specific domain, is this possible with Exchange 2007
