My evironment has this following
4 Mailbox servers
2 CAS servers
2 HT servers.
Recently i have been getting many users getting Waiting for exchagne to get data. the CAS servers don't look to be over loaded but when i run exchange Monitor Tool it seems our blackberry account is taking 68 to 70% of the RPC CPU. Not sure if this is normal. As we have about 340 BB users and about 1000 active users at one time.
in our BB logs it is showing multiple logs entries for this
00378] (07/11 03:29:22.101):{0xE24} {name@mydomain.com} GetNewMovedMessages - Duplicate message detected, RefId=-17990557
this is showing up 1000's of times making each day's logs abbout 4.5 GB in s ize instead of the regular 300-400 MB
I am not sure if this is related to the Exchange Performance issue we are experiencing
