I am having really slow imports of PST files into mailboxes via Powershell. Some boxes take Hours to do, its unbelievably slow. I know in Exchange 2010 you could change throtling through a config file. Its not the same in 2013, what exactly do I need to
change for my ExchangeAdmin to make the import process FASTER?
