Well Gretting for all .I am here using this post for first time and I'll
want to share my Issue . Well I describe my scene I have a Multi-Tenant Microsoft Exchange 2013 Organization as I drive a plenty hosted exchange tenant. Well I am facing with this following problem , there are hosted tenant that they uses a common
users like info , support and so on . They use this tradidional format for their info and support mail accountsinfo@xxxx.xxx , support@xxxxx.xxx so when I am going to create theses users on Active Directory I don´t how can I drive the problem relate to Alias , user logon , etc and finally as you
can see can't use neither Shared Maibox nor Secondary SMTP Address
I need use the same common user along of hosted tenant
Well I hope you could give me some Clues to solve and drive this problem
