Exchange 2013 SP1 DLP fingerprinting 2

Hello!

One more test to try DLP:

I added another Policy Rule containing MS Excel .xlsx restricted document - TableX.xlsx, tried sending that file and sending another - not restriced document - and it worked well, in contrary to my first test:

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/d094bf84-db0c-4a0a-b604-c240aa008ca9/exchange-2013-sp1-dlp-fingerprinting?forum=exchangesvradmin

So for now I have two Policy Rules - one containing .docx template (that prevents me from sending ANY docx files) and the other containing .xlsx template that works correctly.

The other problem with the second rule (and maybe with the first one as well) that when I changed the rule action to"Notify the sender" I couldn't see any Policy Tips while composing a message with the restricted file:

As far as I understand this http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj150512%28v=exchg.150%29.aspx

"The transport rule agent that enforces DLP policies does not differentiate between email message attachments, body text, or subject lines while evaluating messages and the conditions within your policies."

..adding a restricted attachment should trigger Policy Tip - am I wrong?

Thank you in advance,

Michael
