I have changed the quota for a database on the exchange server from the default 2 GB to Unlimited and even restarted the information store service. The user is able to receive emails and send them as well. However in Outlook the message still persists that users quota is 2 GB. Have restarted Outlook several times. Can anyone shed some light why this may be happenning. Also what is the default interval in which the information displayed by Outlok changes after a change at the exchange server?
