Mailbox keep crashing (quarantinedmailbox)

Hi,

I have a user that keep crashing and get into to QuarantinedMailbox, I've already delete the registry and restart IS but when I login to OWA/Outlook the registry show again.

any clue why it's happening ?

Try to move the user to another mailbox database, same issue.
