Upgradation from Exhcange 2010 to Exchange 2013

Hi,

i am having an issue with up gradation of Exchange 2013. currently i am working on MS Exchange 2010. before I upgrade Exchange 2013 its asking to update SP3 ( Service pack) I am trying since long time but its giving an error  like that

Exchange Server component Mailbox Role failed.
