We have Exchange 2010 running on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard
2 days ago we created an new exchange certificate to replace an expired certificate and deleted the expired certificate
This morning, we rebooted the server and the certificate error does not appear on any of the workstations and Outlook mail works perfectly on workstations within the network and mail is going out and being received from other mail servers worldwide.
Our problem is that remote users using https://mail.DOMAIN_NAME.org/owa can no longer access using an Internet browser. I have substituted DOMAIN_NAME for our real domain name for security reasons.
In the event viewer we get an errors
The WinRM service failed to create the following SPNs: WSMAN/mail.DOMAIN_NAME.org;WSMAN/mail.
The error received was 8344
The Security System detected an authentication error for the server ldap/mail.DOMAIN_NAME.org/DOMAIN_NAME.org@DOMAIN_NAME.org The failure code from authentication protocol Kerberos was "An attempt was made to login, but the login service was not started. (0xc0000192")

Anyone have any suggestions?
