I'm fully aware that I can change the language of ECP in OWA. Now I've searched through the forum and found similar questions but no answer:
How can we change the display language of ECP without having a mailbox for that account?
Usually the ECP will be opened with an Admin Account which has no mailbox associated. I know - I could make one but some companies do not want to have mailboxes on that accounts as they will be charged for.
So does anybody know how to change the language of ECP without a mailbox?
