Recently we encountered a strange issue only with one of the user in our environment , user attaches set of PDF files (maximum on-disk size= 8MB) however when the mail is sent mail size changes to 38 MB. What could be the Possible reason behind same ? At
our end we have analysed the message header and associated logs that seems to be absolutely normal as per their routing behaviour . Kindly suggest a possible way to fix / troubleshoot the issue. we use exchange server 2010 and the mail is being routed internally
within environment.
