Exchange - Phone address book - mess up

Hello,

Two weeks ago most of the phones which are synchronized with Exchange Server, have their address book overwritten with the same business phone number.

Environment:

Exchange Server 2010, Lync Server 2010, AD - Server 2008 and 2012
