Migrating from Offline Exchange Server 2007 to Office 365 Business

I wanted to perform a cut-over migration from exchange 2007 to office 365 but ran into a few issues along the way. In order to add my own domain (mydomain.org for example) to office 365, I had to edit some advanced DNS records. In order to edit advanced DNS records, I had to point mydomain.org to networksolutions's  in house DNS servers. Originally, it appears the person before me setup the networksolutions (place where they pay for mydomain.org) to point to cox dns servers. This organization is unable to retrieve credentials for cox (that is why I could not add the dns records there). So, since the exchange server was setup to use Cox dns, it has come offline. Since it is now offline, a cutover migration was not possible. I went ahead and just created users manually (only had to create 7), setup office 365 to use mydomain.org and everything is up and working great. Now I need to figure out a way to get all of their old emails and contacts from the offline exchange 2007 to office 365. The usernames and email address are the same. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
