I noticed something odd was going on when my IIS logs files on my mailbox servers blew up over the past week and a half since we installed the CU6 update. We went from an average of 400mb log file daily to over 2gb! What I'm seeing in the log file
now are tons of Global Throttling Policy messages. Did something change with the Global Throttling Policy from 2013 SP1 to 2013 CU6?
