Track multi-mailbox searches

Hello,

We are running local Exchange 2010 SP3 RU4 system, there is a requirement for an external auditor to be given the "Discovery role" which is going to be used for multi-mailbox searches and possibly exports.

Requirement:

We need to keep track of what's searched (mailboxes, keywords....etc) performed by the external auditor

We also need to take away the ability for the external auditor to delete results of such searches (saved in the discovery mailbox)

Finally we need to produce a report of the results of all searches performed.

Can we do that in Exchange natively?
