I'm currently running a Exchange 2013 install on my Windows Server 2012 server using Hyper-V. I'm running all the roles on one singel VM(I only got like 10 users). How should I backup the server so I can rebuild my setup in case of a HDD crash? Can I use the built in Windows Backup tool(w/ system state backup) or is there a better way perform backup of a virtual Exchange Server? (SC DPM seems a litle bit to much for a few servers).
