MS Exchange 2013 - .edb size reduction

Hi,

We have MS Exchange 2013 running on Windows 2012 Server Standard. The size of Mail Box Database is getting increased by 1 to 2 GB every day. Though we have deleted huge mails from certain Users, the size of DB (xyz.edb) is not getting changed. How do we reclaim the deleted space?
