I've been stuck on this for a few days now so any help would or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I'm in the middle of migrating my company from Office 2003 to 2013 so we have a mixed environment of Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2013 clients. For compliance reasons, a lot of my users are not allowed to use cached profiles so all their address list activities are done via online CAS access instead of offline OAB files. For reasons I am unable to find, these online address lists, including the Global Address List will display normally in Outlook 2003's address book, but will display nothing in Outlook 2013's address book. If I switch the search from name only to other field and then search based on user names I do get accurate results, but in the name only view where all the members of the list would normally display by default, we see nothing in Outlook 2013.
We are setup on Exchange 2010 SP3 running on Win 2008 R2 boxes. All the client pc's are running Win 7 64 bit. This is a single office single AD site infrastructure.
My gut tells me this that 2013 is stricter in many ways than 2003, and this is is either IIS or SSL related, but I can't find anything to go on. Any ideas on how to check / resolve this?
