We are migrating our users over to 2010 and our retention policies are not coming with them, so I need to be able to run a script to verify the retention policy on the user/mailbox and apply it if it doesn't have it. (Also, to not apply it if it's already
there, in case of different retention policies in the future). I lack severely on powershell and would appreciate any help. I'm finding scripts to apply to groups of users, but nothing to verify and ignore if it's already applied.
