We have a federated trust with another company and have free/busy sharing enabled.
Free/busy sharing used to work both ways and just recently stopped working from their end coming to ours:
They have the following event ID 4001 error messages on their Exchange Server:
“Process Microsoft.Exchange.InfoWorker.Common.Delayed`1[System.String]:<emailaddress>SMTP:emailaddress failed. Exception returned is Microsoft.Exchange.InfoWorker.Common.Availability.AutoDiscoverFailedException: Autodiscover failed for e-mail address <emailaddress>SMTP:emailaddress with exception System.Net.WebException: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.
