Error: WARNING: An unexpected error has occurred and a Watson dump is being generated: Filename: redirection.config Error: Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions

This occurs when typing any cmdlts at the Exchange Management Shell.  Exchange 2013 running on 2012 server.  Exchange has been running fine for a month.  No issues, created 65 mailboxes and had iphones and androids connectted with no issues.  Now I can't access EAC or run any commands from the EMS.
