Submission-Queue crashes because of PoisonMail

Hi,

on our Exchange 2013 every 10 sec. edgetransport.exe crashes.

Shortly before an POISONMAIL entry shows up in the eventlog, it seems that Exchange doesnt makes a move of that Message to the PoisonQueue before crashing.

Deleting and Re-Creating a new queue solves the problem of crashing, but we have about 30 Mails in the SubmissionQueue. I cant suspend or export Messages from Submission Queue (it seems that these commands are not valid for Submission-Queue).

So my question: What to do and how to get access and re-submit these 30 Mails?
Or am I f**** up and the 30 mails are lost?
