I have Single forest multiple child domain controller senario. In one of my site need to upgrade from Exchange 2010 to 2013, We have installed seprate Exchange 2013 servers in the site, but when we try to move the mailbox from Exchange 2010 to 2013 (or even locally ) it gives Error " Failed to communicate with the mailbox database. --> MapiExceptionNetworkError: Unable to make connection to the server. ?(hr=0x80004005, ec=2423". When I have serached lot and found there was no system Mailbox (arbritration mailbox). Tried running ADPrep but no luck.
Am I missing somthing. Any help is appriciated
