Greetings,
I have a very unusual problem that I've scoured the Internet in search of an answer and have come to a complete roadblock. I'm trying to mail enable a contact within AD and although I'm a Domain Admin with Organization Management rights to Exchange I continue to get the error below:
Error:
Active Directory operation failed on utec-domain.internal. This error is not retriable. Additional information: Insufficient access rights to perform the operation. Active directory response: 00002098:SecErr:DSID-03150BB9, problem 4003 (INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS).data 0
The user has insufficient access rights.
I've looked at almost every article pointing to the check inheritable permission (Which is checked) etc. and still no hope in finding an answer as to why I can't mail enable a contact in AD and as well when I attempt to create a new user as in the EMC, I get the error with a different security paramter:
SecErr:DSID-031A1190,
problem 4003 (INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS).data 0
Any thoughts or ideas I can leverage to solve this issue?
