Exchange 2013 OWA Features Modification doesn't take effect

I've 2 x Exchange 2013 CAS servers and  2x Exchange 2013 Mailbox Servers (DAG) Installed on Windows Server 2012.


I've an issue with the Modifying the OWA Features from OWA Virtual Directory Properties. But If I create the OWA mailbox Policy, that is working fine.


According to following Micorosoft Article, If there's no Outlook Web App mailbox policy applied to a mailbox, the settings defined on the virtual directory will be applied.

But that is not taking effect in my case.

Do you have any suggestion on my case?
