I have been searching to resolve the following issue since two weeks in exchange 2010, I hope you guys will help me in this regards,
Issue:
I have two case role which are load balanced through tier 3 data center infrastructure, It was working correctly since 2013, But since last weeks the web based users (owa) complaint that the session log out and sign in interface come again frequently . For example during viewing of emails it goes to logout page .
2. Even we use both public and private option both not work. As well as we tested it through local host of both CAS , which also face the same log out issue.
Please update with your expert opinion on this.
