Inbound connection logging

I have an issue with POP3 connections. We have some applications hosted by a 3rd party. These applications have POP3 connections to our legacy Exchange 2007 servers which we are trying to take out of service. All accounts apart from these POP3 connected ones are now on Exchange 2013.

The issue is, the 3rd party are claiming they cannot connect to the 2013 server, despite having config settings other vendors are using fine (SSL, port 995, compliant passwords) and have asked for logs of connection attempts from the account they are testing with.

I can only find details of how to enable logging for outbound connections, is it possible to switch on logging for inbound connection to a specific account?
