IMAP works only on localhost ?

i have very strange issue with Exchange 2013 CU7 all on one server.
At the moment i'm in the process of migration of users from 2010 SP3.

Problem i experience is IMAP, and users that are using it cant be migrated at this point.
Simple explanation of problem: the only way it works is that i connect to server (Exchange 2013 amd do telnet LOCALHOST 143). if i do it per IP address from either old machine or from server itself i got only _ in black screen not banner i would expect.
