Public folder assistant power shell

Hi Guys,

I need powershell command for find which public folders enable  folder assistant.

There are  many public folder and setting forwarding and auto reply rule on these public folders how can I a get by powershell these folder ?

And second question is how to get list forwarding address  ?

My enviroment is Exchange 2013
