Hi,
We have Exchange Server 2013. 2 Mailbox servers in DAG and 2 CAS Servers.
issue: We have faced the slowness and hang issue on both mailbox server. try to login into server but it’s taken too much time.
After login into server and try to open application but it’s not responding.
after some time Logged into one server and checked RAM and CPU utilization it was normal but found CPU speed in 0.16 GHz
After that hard boot shut down the server and start up the both server one by one. Once started server successfully mails flow also working properly. Now both server working properly.
We have checked both server hardware events but not found anything
Checked event logs on server and found event related to Service Control Manger. Kindly find the attached Event id(7031).
event id: The Microsoft Exchange Health Manager service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 5000 milliseconds: Restart the service.
Kindly help on that.
