Eventlog Error 1012 from MSExchangeIS after disabling ContentIndexing on Database

Hello Folks,

Since disabling Content Indexing (set-mailboxdatabase XY -IndexEnabled $false) i get the following error message in the Application Eventlog of the Server that is hosting database XY every 15 minutes:

Log Name:      Application
Source:        MSExchangeIS
Date:          31.03.2015 15:01:05
Event ID:      1012
Task Category: General
Level:         Error
Keywords:      Classic
User:          N/A
Computer:      servername
Description:
Exchange Server Information Store has encountered an error while executing a full-text index query ("eDiscovery search query execution on database GUID-Of-CI-Disabled-DB failed."). Error information: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[System.ServiceModel.ExceptionDetail]: Internal error while processing request (Fault Detail is equal to An ExceptionDetail, likely created by IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults=true, whose value is:
Microsoft.Ceres.InteractionEngine.Component.ProcessingEngineException: Internal error while processing request
   at Microsoft.Ceres.InteractionEngine.Component.CieProcessingEngine.LogAndRethrowException(Exception e)
   at Microsoft.Ceres.InteractionEngine.Component.CieProcessingEngine.GetItems(Guid flowIdentifier, String outputName)
   at SyncInvokeGetItems(Object , Object[] , Object[] )
at System.ServiceModel.Dispatcher.SyncMethodInvoker.Invoke(Object instance, Object[] inputs, Object[]& outputs)
   at System.ServiceModel.Dispatcher.DispatchOperationRuntime.InvokeBegin(MessageRpc& rpc)
   at System.ServiceModel.Dispatcher.ImmutableDispatchRuntime.ProcessMessage5(MessageRpc& rpc)
   at System.ServiceModel.Dispatcher.ImmutableDispatchRuntime.ProcessMessage31(MessageRpc& rpc)
   at System.ServiceModel.Dispatcher.MessageRpc.Process(Boolean isOperationContextSet)).

As the database has CI disabled on purpose, the error itself makes sense, however i've got no idea what is triggering the "eDiscovery search" that is causing this error.

Running the "get-MailboxSearch" cmdlet doesn't give me any results.

The CI-disabled database contains (archived) mailboxes, that were moved from an mailbox database which has Content Indexing enabled (if this matters).

Does anyone know how to get rid of this error?

Thanks in advance for your help,

yours,

Juergen
