We have Exchange 2010 as stand alone servers. We are planning to deploy Exchange 2013 with DAG.
We have 2 datacenters in Active/Active mode. We have single AD site company.com.
I have a question regarding 2 DAGs as per the following: -

My question or my thought in the above mentioned example, it shows 2 AD sites, that is the reason even if there is a link failure between 2 data centers they can work as separate entities.
In a single AD site scenario where link failure between 2 data centers, how can one keep running 2 Active data enters as a separate entities at a same time. Because then how Exchange mailbox users would go to the respective data centers.
I appreciate if you share your thoughts on it.
