Exchange Server 2007 - Lost Mail

Hello, I havean environmentrunningWindowsServer 2008SBSwithExchangeServer 2007,but I have acomplainingworker who do not findfewemailsabout 2 months.

I did somesearches usingthe ExchangeToolsandverified thatthe emailcame/server was recorder.

Ihavetofigure out just what really happened?he erased? failure in thetransactionlogs?

I need to understand,it may be that there are moreworkers in thissituation
