email auto forwarding

I have a email address in my exchange supplier@company.com

can I setup auto forwarding for it ,mean every email send to supplier@company.com ,it will forward the mail to tom@company.com and kit@company.com and so on?

but the supplier@company.com will not get the orginal copy.

or anyway I can do that?
