I have a distribution group that has a security group applied under the delivery management to only allow those users the ability to send to this distribution group. What i am seeing is very sporadic, some users who aren't in that group can send to the group and don't get the mail tip in outlook that says they don't have permissions. I have other users who don't have permissions and they get a message that says they don't have permissions. Both the users and distribution groups were migrated from 2007 to exchange 2013. It doesn't seem to matter which users i use i still see the random deny and allow. Has anybody else run into this.
