Disabling Rule button under Out-of-Office using Outlook 2010 via GPO

We are using Outlook 2010 and I have downloaded the Office Control ID, I can disable the Rule and Alert, do you have a control ID for Out-of-Office? I found 5621 but this one doesn’t work when I define in GPO.

 Is there any other way to disable Rule button under Out-Of-Office via GPO?
