Address Lists not being shown from newly applied 'Address Book Policy' to a mailbox in Outlook?

Hi,

I had many existing mailboxes, which were being used without address book policy setup, so were seeing all GALs and Address Lists in outlook 2007 and 2010.

Now, I have created Address book policy properly (as we have done this many times in fresh Exchange 2013 servers) and applied that ABP to all mailboxes, but these mailboxes still see all GALs and ALs.

Problem disappears when we create a new profile for these users? We don't know how to fix this without recreating outlook profies, as there are 200+ users.

Can anybody suggest right solution?
